Longhorn Catering is now available for individual meal preparations.  All meals are prepared with the highest of standards - our Chefs and Sous Chefs take every precaution necessary to ensure safety for all of your meals.  We can accommodate 40-1500 meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Here in Texas we don't take BBQ lightly - and that doesn't change with Longhorn Catering.   Proprietary preparation, spice combinations and cooking methods make our BBQ a meaty mouth-watering selection.  There's BBQ...and then there's Longhorn Catering BBQ.

Tex Mex is less of a staple in San Antonio and more of a shared life experience.  We take the delicious classic dishes you know and love and take them to the next level.  No matter your background - these dishes will fully satisfy you and your guests.

Our Italian dishes have been crafted and continually perfected time and time again to strive for the highest level of culinary quality.  We know our customers deserve the best - and therefore we make sure our recipes, ingredients and preparation is exactly that...the best.

You may momentarily feel the need to ask if we stole these dishes out of your mother's kitchen.  We did not.  We do appreciate the compliment though - just as our mothers' put love into their meals - so do we.  You can't go wrong with our Southern Comfort menu.

There are several types of cuisine all over the world - but the unification of the intense flavors in our Asian menu is unique.  Sweet, sour and tangy combinations make this menu a usual contender for our customers.

In the words of Ron Swanson, "Why anyone eats anything besides breakfast food is beyond me."  Well, our breakfast menu would definitely please anyone with that perspective - but it is still a great option for any event at any time of day.
